to a new and different kind of practice.

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we are dedicated to continue providing exceptional care.  For many of our patients, it is important to keep your appointments, especially if you have a chronic condition like diabetes, asthma, or heart disease.  Our office will contact you if your appointment can be done virtually through a telehealth visit, otherwise, plan to come to the office if you are otherwise healthy.  Please do not bring anyone else with you to your appointment, and limit the number of accompanied adults to one individual per child.

If you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you call our office 24 hours prior to your appointment time and let us know so that we can determine the best way to treat you.

We are currently seeing only “well” visits in our office between 7:30 AM and 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  Please call us if you need to schedule an appointment.  If you are sick and need to schedule an appointment, please call our office and we will determine the best course of action to best meet your needs.

We now offer curbside visits for our established patients in need of strep, flu, or COVID-19 testing; please call first to schedule as we are unable to take walk-ins at this time.

We now offer Telemedicine Appointments.

Please ask about them when you call for an appointment.

We know that everyone is on high alert because of COVID-19, and we wanted to take this time to let you know the steps WWW is taking to minimize the risk.  Our safety and sanitation standards far exceed the minimum on a normal day, so in light of this situation you can rest assured that we are continuing to keep your health and safety in mind.  To protect our patients and maintain the highest levels of sanitation, our staff is sanitizing all exam room surfaces before and after services.  Additionally, our front office staff is regularly sanitizing our waiting room and check in/check out areas, and hand sanitizer is available.  Our staff has been encouraged to play it safe as well and stay home if needed for the health of others.  We will continue to monitor the situation as it progresses.  The health and safety of our patients is our top priority at Western Wake Wellness.  Do not hesitate to call if you need to schedule an appointment, and please alert the staff if you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms.  If you have specific questions about COVID-19 and your risk, you can email This email address is being protected from spambots. Mission Statement
Our core values are simple: Quality, evidence-based healthcare; personal relationships based on mutual respect; and a pro-active approach to prevention and wellness.

Beginning June 1st  2017, all after-hours calls are subject to $20 fee that will be added to your account and it is your responsibility to pay.  The fee is intended to cover our costs, but not discourage you from calling if you are concerned about an illness.  We welcome and expect your call if you are concerned.

OUTSIDE LAB DRAW POLICY UPDATE - Effective immediately, we request that if you are having "outside" labs drawn in our office (any lab order not written by a provider at Western Wake Wellness), please drop off (fax, email) the order 3 days in advance. We welcome WWW patients to use our lab facility - LabCorp accepts all major insurance plans, and we think our fantastic phlebotomist is one of the best! To ensure that the correct tests are ordered, we sometimes have to contact the ordering physician for clarification, or we may need to special-order supplies in advance for uncommon tests or give you special instructions before you arrive. For your convenience, we prefer to do this ahead of time, and not have to keep you waiting. Thank you for your cooperation.
